Updated October 4, 2026The approximately 88.5-acre Hammock Pointe and Hammock Reserve subdivisions contain 196 existing single-family homes and are fully built out. Clermont’s 2026 comprehensive-plan amendment and rezoning followed the October 28, 2025 annexation. The application is an administrative land-use update, not a proposed new subdivision.
