April 16, 2026: AdventHealth opened the new medical office building with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The facility is operating; space remains available for future physician offices.
Updated October 4, 2026AdventHealth Medical Plaza at Tavares is the approximately 50,000-square-foot Waterman medical office building on Huffstetler Drive, across from AdventHealth Waterman. The building opened in April 2026 with outpatient imaging, laboratory and cardiac rehabilitation services.
