Just in case you didn't hear, Eustis Community Center Could Be Part of the Waterfront Changes...

The proposed redevelopment of the Eustis waterfront could eventually mean changes for the Eustis Community Center at 601 Northshore Drive. The Community Center sits within the area being discussed for a larger waterfront redevelopment that could include a hotel, restaurants, residences and other new uses. The proposal is still preliminary, and no sale of the Community Center property has been completed. For now, the facility remains in place—but its potential future is another piece of the much larger conversation about what the Eustis waterfront could become.
