September 15 Gas Leak Prompted Temporary Evacuations in Eustis

Here is what happened behind last Tuesday's emergency response on South Eustis Street. The City of Eustis says fiber internet construction caused a gas leak near East Key Street on September 15. Firefighters responded at 9:18 a.m. and temporarily evacuated an eight-unit apartment building and three nearby homes.
