Eustis Community Center Property: Proposals Open Through October 23

What Happened: Eustis opened a proposal period for the Community Center property at 601 Northshore Drive while considering a possible sale and redevelopment. Other interested parties can submit proposals through October 23, 2026. The City Commission has not approved a sale or purchase agreement. Who It Affects: People who use or reserve the Community Center, nearby residents and downtown businesses have a stake in what happens to the property. The center remains in service, and existing reservations continue. What’s Next: City staff will review the earlier proposal alongside any new submissions.
