HE DISAPPEARED FROM LEESBURG AT AGE 2. TODAY, HE WOULD BE 22. | LEESBURG
Last week marked 20 years since Trenton Duckett disappeared from Leesburg. Trenton was just 2 years old when he went missing on August 27, 2006. Two decades later, his family is still searching for answers — and the case remains active. To mark the anniversary, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children released a new age-progression image showing what Trenton may look like today at age 22. Leesburg Police Senior Detective Allen Carter said investigators have not given up and continue working the case. NCMEC is asking the public to look closely at the new image and share it. Long-term missing-child cases have been solved years later because someone recognized a face or came forward with information. 📍 Missing from: Leesburg, Florida 📅 Missing since: August 27, 2006 👦 Age when missing: 2 👤 Age today: 22 Anyone with information can contact: Leesburg Police Department: 352-787-2121 NCMEC: 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678) Twenty years is a long time.
