Did You Know This Is Being Planned Along CR 561?

A new development proposal could bring a different kind of growth to Tavares. The proposed Interlake Commerce Park would redevelop roughly 19 acres along County Road 561 near Frankies Road for a mix of light industrial, warehouse, office, commercial and recreational uses. The site is tied to the existing Accu-Cut operation, and the proposal could expand the area beyond its current use with additional employment and business space. Nothing is built yet, but the plan could eventually create a new commercial and employment hub along the CR 561 corridor.
