More Development is Moving Forward...

Another development proposal is moving through the approval process in Leesburg. The project involves approximately 65 acres west of U.S. 27, near Palmetto Drive and Plantation View Drive, with plans for future residential and mixed-use development. The proposal has already received earlier consideration and is expected to return to the Leesburg City Commission on September 14 for another step in the approval process. Nothing is being built yet, but it could eventually bring another significant development to Leesburg's growing U.S. 27 corridor.
